Gardening Club & Duke Of Edinburgh Award

Do you have a spare couple of hours, live locally and want to make a difference? We get together the 2nd and 4th Saturday on each month from 10am for about 2 hours, but a shorter time is fine. There is a WhatsApp group for 'Coronation Gardening Club'.

This year we planted over 100 young plants in the long border parallel to Standen Road, and created a hibernaculum (for small creatures), with the aid of Enable who are the park contractors for Wandsworth Council. We have previously planted spring bulbs in the circle flower beds and wild summer meadow bulbs down the Avenue of trees. Enable provide the bulbs or plants and technical help, we do the gardening.
